EC guideline "Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical & Electronic Equipment" (RoHS)
The EC RoHS guideline has been released in order to reduce the heavy metal load in electrical and electronic products caused by e.g. lead and mercury. Effective from July 1st, 2006, all manufacturers are obliged to provide only RoHS-compliant products to the European market.
In cooperation with our suppliers, in particular our parent company EverFocus Electronics Corp., all relevant products were re-designed to comply with the EC guideline. Thus, you may rest assured that all EverFocus Electronics AG deliveries contain only RoHS-compliant products since July 1st, 2006.
